I had sex-ed 5 times (mom talk, 5th grade, 8th grade, 10th grade and sophomore year in colleege). Leave it to the schools and parents, they know their communities better than the govt.
I'm a licensed social worker, and I've had the pleasure of teaching sec ed many times. The best sex ed program I've taught, either through a school or church, is the OWL (Our Whole Lives) program, very comprehensive.
