Good Luck Mama

Mom goes into surgery tomorrow. And since I cannot openly threaten a member of the medical community, I will send my message out into the universe and hope that it answers my thoughts with goodness:

If anything happens to my mommy before, during or as a result of her surgery there will be retribution. I am Sicilian, I innately know where to hide a body.

Good luck Mom. I know you will be fine and I love you.

Updates

Baby Bonis #2 (he has yet to be nicknamed) is itching to be born. He tried and he tried, but modern medical science (god bless it) won't let him. Youngest is now on bed rest until he can be born safely in 2 months. Poor thing.

LLS and LLSP are in San Francisco not getting married. One of them isn't ready. It's a whole heap of a mess. I will not get into it, it's too convoluted.

Mom is having a tummy tuck next week. She is going to be a "sexy grandma."

I have no idea what my Dad is up to, I would assume worrying about Youngest and preparing to take care of Mom during her convalescence.

Me - I work, I go to the gym, I see Mike. I see my friends and take care of my kitty (she's pretty independent, so she really only needs a snorgle every now and again. I am happy to oblige).

That's it, I am boring these days.

Oh there is a Reason

There is a reason Sarah Palin's 17 year old daughter is pregnant. Her mama opposes sex ed and sponsors abstinence only programs, despite the fact that studies show they do not work and have been known to basically promote unsafe sex practices.

I will not go into a diatribe about safe sex or sex ed, we've done that before, somewhere in the last two years of this blog.

Among other things, Palin is so extremely right wing that there is no room on her end of the spectrum to move about, it's all her, trying trying, trying to get as far over as she can.

For this and many several other reasons, I do not like her.
